the city of love is awaiting! decided to slash off belgium and concentrate on paris for all of the 8 days. going through my glasgow pics i took and came across this...

didnt take much of the other phases of the museum. got tired/lazy and started concentrating on the what the gallery has to offer.

what i like about this museum is that they have those interactive thingies.

eg. one of them was a comparison between this painting hanging on a wall

with another one hanging next to it (no picture taken. sorry. dont know why i didnt either) which was from different periods.
and then they have those projector stuff from behind that illuminate different parts of the painting as the narrator speaks to highlight the different things to look out for, showing you how art has progressed thru the centuries.

thought it was just two paintings side by side, and i just walked past it paying no heed when suddenly the narrators voice rang out of nowhere and scared the hell outta me. well lucky for the body sensor wadever its called thing. or i wouldnt have appreciated them any better.

yes, art is wasted on me. no wait, i just need someone to guide me :)

anyway, was shoo-ed out coz it was closing time. and i didnt get to see the egypt part! damn.
